its finally here, our planned weekend chalet getaway! it was supposed to be a cruise trip, but was called off due to the h1n1 scare… anyway, its finally here, we booked a 2-nites stay at the downtown east resort… and i took almost 300 photos over the weekend! of course, shortlisted some 150 photos to be posted for the next few days’ posts…
ok, here we go, getting all packed up on a rainy friday afternoon… what a way to start a day… thank god, joelle’s brother driving us there, else i don’t know how we’re going to manage all these bags… there ain’t much food there, as most of the meaty stuffs are prepared by joelle’s brother… so, most of the things are for megan, including a slow-cooker… (for her porridge)…
only valerie is staying with us for the first nite, and so, the girls started having fun once we checked in the chalet…
having much nothing to do anyway, so we walked around the chalet taking photos…
while exploring the free swimming pool, we looked over the wild wild wet, which we’ll be invading the next day…
and why this 2nd shot? cuz joelle was saying those ‘sky bicycle’ riders looked stupid and wanted me to take a shot when they were near…
guess what? joelle went up the stupid looking ‘sky bicycle’ the next day herself! keke…
