went for a haircut this sat afternoon… and megan got her hair cut as well… now she look neater and sweeter… and after our haircut, we went pizza hut… (ghee, did i hear someone groaning “again?!?”)

 

oh well, megan is all ready to munch…

 

here comes the food…

hey look, no food on megan’s plate… cuz, all fried food, so she ain’t getting any… ahhh, her disappointed look… but, nevertheless, we brought along some strawberry cookies for her…

 

anyway, once we are done, megan can’t wait to go… maybe she know where we were going??

 

yup, here we are, the rooftop garden at lot1…

 

its quite a nice rooftop garden, with a dry area and a wet area… thou those wet kids from the wet area came over the dry area, making the dry… wet…

 

be it dry or wet, megan is having a great time! she always enjoy going to the playground…

look at her… fascinated by all the thingys in the playground… 

 

now look at her again… that cheeky look of hers again…

 

and its a hot hot day… thankfully, there is a small little air-conditioned room for kids to cool out… thou, its the parents who wanna cool out, the kids, just wanna stay out…

oh ya, megan’s number 7 and 8 are finally showing… and i realised that i’ve forgotten about her number 6! gosh… what am i talking about? her tooth development lah…

 

and errr… father’s day is around the corner wor… here’s a funny way to say it… happy father’s day to all… and myself too… :P

oh ya, it was quite a hot day, even when its late afternoon… so fans do come in handy… as in, you really need to use your hand to hold the fans… handy fan…

 

and that… almost took my breath away… thanks to zena for bringing along that air pump… wow, things parents bring out nowadays are really getting interesting… haha…

ytd, we had our first ever picnic… yup, my first, joelle’s first and megan’s first picnic ever! the girls (joelle and babes) planned to have an outing and finally decided on picnicking at the jacob ballas, which is in the botanic garden…

met with joey at yew tee to hike a cab together… we somehow missed the turn to jacob ballas and ended up at the botanic garden at 4:51pm… 

when we finally found out how to get to the jacob ballas, we realised its going to be a looong walk…

nevertheless, lets get it started… oh ya, megan gotten a pimple on her forehead… hmmm, it actually look like an insect bite thou…

after a really looong walk… up and down slopes… we finally reached the jacob ballas children garden… my goodness, can i just call it JBCG for short?

anyway, while waiting for joanne and lycia, we took a rest at the JBCG entrance and found this odd-looking tree sculpture…

 

oddly enuff, it has a name… and oddly called mystree… hmmm, 500 figurines wor… okie, lets count… anyway, there’s too many to count, by the time i got to 3, joanne and lycia arrives!

 

 

and here we are, our first ever picnic! never tot of myself being a picnicky guy, but then, things change when you have a child… haha…

we had a great spread and joanne had shown us what can be done if you put in a little effort… ok, actually, its too much an effort she put in… considering the fact that the rest of us just buy food off the shelves, joanne prepared this lunch box for the babies… look! micky and minie bread!

i was wondering what imm update joelle was mentioning about… i didn’t bring my camera there… hmmm… oh, this video i took using my mobile lor…

 

she seems so happy and enjoying herself… and she literally scream her head off when we took her away from the ride… :P

yup, this is what i’ve been talking about… megan’s first photobook. wanted to do something to the tons of photo i took for megan but don’t want the conventional way to just print the photos… and so, hypo solves my problem with this 12x12 photobook…

megan loves it!

the loks more or less recovers… megan’s fever finally came down this morning… last night we were still worrying about her and called frds and relatives to find out about nite clinics’ opening hours… just in case… cuz her temperature went up and down peaking at 39 deg…

but thank god, her fever managed to came down this morning… and maybe due to the cooling morning rain, megan finally recovered from her feverish ordeal… and ending our worrying ordeal too…

and me too, feeling much better this morning… and since we’re grounding ourselves at home, we might as well make the best out of it… family time!

 

 

oh ya, did i mentioned megan is able to stand on her own? oh i did…

it time for some cat walking… not very graceful thou… here’s some new dresses joelle bought for megan (her recent spree madness)!

 

 

 

notice all seems to be oversized? yup, indeed they all are… no way to try cuz its online spree… anyway, out little model got a little bored with all the changing dressed and decided to touch her b’day decors… which reminded me that i should be taking them down one of these days… now, what should i do with them after taking them down? 会有人要吗??

these are not from taiwan, i think… anyway, little is so into the modelling mood, she just kept walking and crawling all over the house…

 

 

 

from the look of it, she really recovered… but then, there is another problem… she seems to dislike milk nowadays, always refusing her milk else, refusing to finish it… don’t really know whats going on… anyway, glad she is ok now…

megan is down with fever since monday night, and us, down with tiredness and headache… went back office to work no sunday early morning till late evening… then came the bad news that megan is down with feveron monday evening when we fetched her from her nanny… teething side effect once again…

sent megan to her nanny this morning anyway, but us, getting the day off to see the doc for medical leave… we were dead beaten…

and in the end, i got myself 2 days mc… that is of course, after telling the doc my ‘sad’ story of working thru sunday and looking after megan on monday night… and my ‘starting to act up soon’ throat… i’m so prompt to sore throat… which of course, came with fever… and coupled with the recent swine scare, anyone with slight fever will be grounded at home…

as for megan, we’re relying on the medication she got from her past visits to the PD… prufen and pecitemor… whatever… hope she recover soon… so we can bring her out to her fav playground just like last sat…

oh ya, my first hypo is coming soon… what that? tell ya when its here… :P
