'prison break'

we realised, little one can no longer be contained within the 'barrier' of pillows we created around her on our bed... she is able to climb over the pillows liao... last thursday, we found her climbed over the pillow and dangling by the side of the bed, almost falling... like a ripe durain...

we had to put her on the cot whenever we had to leave her sleeping on her own... and so, out comes the cot... megan's little prision...

this little cot looks so little now... she hasn't slept on it for quite a few months liao... ever since she moved to sleep with us, the cot was like our temporary laundry storage area... keke...

little one, like michael scofield, tried means and methods to... prison break...

and of course, she failed... LL stayed inside the cot...

but of course, prison is not the end of the world... there is parent visiting day! see, megan's so happy to know parent visiting day is coming soon...

once out of the prison, little one is all smiles...

prison lifestyle isn't that bad afterall... cod fish for lunch...

and plenty of naps...

prison breaking no longer on megan's mind... keke... but seriously, we got to take precautions... especially when little one is so 'un-containable' nowadays...there will be times, when there is only one of us (me or joelle) at home and need to shower/sh*t with ease... the cot is the solution to leave megan by herself safely...

  1. er, just make sure the bars of the cot are narrow enough so her head can't go through hor!

I had to give up using the cot as my Sam's 'prison' after he got so big, his leg got stuck between the bars trying to get out: poor little guy stood on 1 leg for >10min & was in tears by the time I came out of the shower!
