sleepy

just went for a run along the canal behind my place... and yes, on a hot afternoon like this... got to really sweat it out. before i left home, i told joelle, call the police if i'm not back in 2 hours... haha... its a really hot afternoon, luckily i put on sun block... into the first 100m, i'm already wanting to give up, suddenly class95 played gloria gaynor's i will survive... 3 punches in the air and a roar... run run run... i'm not alone thou, got a uncle with tattoos on his chest, running faster than me wor... pai say ah... :P

managed to complete the run in 45 minutes... came back home, took a cold shower, brought my shoes out to sun...

meanwhile, cook some cup noodles for me and joelle...

after makan, body tired, stomach full, mind going into the perfect state of calmness... some people call it, sleepy...
