this morning, didn't go over to help out shiwei's wedding as i haven't recovered yet... but the dinner, i must go lor... and no alcohol for me tonight, not even red wine, cuz my throat is killing me... it got this burning sensation whenever i swallow my saliva... ouch, grrr...
anyway, we got to go to central as i got to 'press' some money for shiwei's angbao, and joelle wanna buy a carrot... yup, a carrot... what can we cook with a carrot wor? oh well, its for megan... joelle is going to make some pureed porridge with carrot for megan... and megan, looking forever fresh and attentive, despite her already wide awake at 7am, and making noise while we are still sleeping... only until 9am i responded to her... 2 hours seems a bit the long to respond, but we are really tired, and she can self entertain nowadays, and she is sleeping between us anyway... :P
and joelle also cooked this... herbal drink thingy for my sore throat... its so darn bitter, but i kinda like it... lotsa people can't take stuffs like this, but i'm ok with it thou... and it helps a lot soothing my throat...
and this is megan's pureed porridge plus carrot... it smells nice...
and we finally used the high chair, that megan's nanny lend to us...
got to stuff a pillow to prevent megan from dropping forward... she is still not very stable sitting upright... but in a few weeks, she will be...
she is so excited lor... must be thinking this is her new toy...
but nope, we are not playing now... we are going to feed you! look what mummy cooked... when joelle pushed the spoon to megan's mouth, she seems confused and don't know what to do with it... eventually, she opened her mouth and munch... hmmmm, sweet... and kept munching after that...
and she finished 5 tablespoons of pureed porridge with carrot and still want somemore... but we are not going to give so much, after all, this is megan's first carrot wor... and she totally love it...
got to get myself ready to set off for shiwei's wedding... alone... joelle and megan not going, cuz megan still couldn't sit on her own, and it would be 'troublesome' (i hate to use this word, but then, this word describe it most)...
